“As overrated everyone says The Nightmare Before Christmas is, it’s my favorite movie. I saw this movie 9 years ago in kindergarten when I just arrived to America from Venezuela. Though I did not know one speck of English, I instantly fell in love with the characters, and have loved Jack ever since. And yet thanks to my dark image, nobody believes I like this movie for what it is, and not for being a “cool, gothic” movie.”
